Supporting Arabic Learning, Children and Communities Since 1995

Since 1995, Babylon Educational Foundation has worked to expand educational opportunities for children and young people in the UK. Our work focuses on Arabic language education, supplementary learning, curriculum development and activities that build confidence, creativity and a strong connection with language and culture.

Supplementary Arabic Education

Through Croydon Arabic School, the Foundation supports structured Arabic learning for children and young people aged 5–16.
Students develop reading, writing, speaking and listening skills through a progressive curriculum designed for learners growing up in the UK.

Curriculum and Learning Resources

Our educational work extends beyond classroom teaching.
Drawing on more than thirty years of practical experience, we have developed curricula, books and teaching resources that respond to the needs of supplementary Arabic schools and bilingual learners.

Learning Beyond the Classroom

Students take part in educational drama, nasheeds, presentations, creative projects and cultural activities.
These experiences help learners use Arabic with greater confidence and connect language learning with communication, teamwork and self-expression.

Families and Community

Parents and families play an important role in the educational journey.
School celebrations, student performances and community events bring families together and allow children to share what they have learned and achieved.
