Babylon Educational Foundation

Transforming communities through education

Established in 1995, The Babylon Educational Foundation (BEF) is an independent, voluntary organisation that aims to strengthen educational outcomes, provide additional support to learners, and improve learning environments for students, teachers, and the wider community.
We aim to offer and support children and young people through education and careers. We are dedicated to improving education. Our projects include Supplementary Arabic Schools, which provide extra support for Arabic-speaking students, and Educational Support Services, like creating an Arabic curriculum and training teachers. Our goal is to make a positive impact on the world through education and humanitarian aid.
Education is a powerful tool that can transform communities and bring about positive change. However, access to education is not always equal. Some communities have limited access to education, which can hinder their development. To ensure that education is accessible to all, we need to work towards creating a more equitable education system.
Education can help to break the cycle of poverty, promote social cohesion, reduce crime, and improve health. By investing in education, we can create a brighter future for our communities.
